VIEW OPEN INVITATION FOR BIDS AND REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS
For most Invitation for Bids issued after June 1, 2022, the Town of North Andover, in partnership with the Massachusetts Purchasing Group, will be publishing our solicitations on Bidnet Direct. The platform allows vendors to download and submit bids electronically. Vendors can register at no cost to gain access and be notified of bid information (including addenda and awards) from all participating agencies.
