- Pre-Occupancy Rental Housing Service – Additional information to be discussed about the program, and assessment of an appropriate fee.
- 1004 Salem Street – Update to be provided regarding the status of the options and resulting decision to address any needed issues regarding the septic system.
- Northeast Senior Health – Spectrum Adult Day Health Center – request from Bud Holden, System Facilities Director for a variance on the use of a 2-bay sink as opposed to a 3-bay sink. 4-301.12 (D) (1). Facility is proposed for 1820 Turnpike Street.
