According to Section 8.9.5.v (7) of the Town of North Andover Wireless Service Facilities Bylaw, an applicant for a new Wireless Facilities tower requesting a Special Permit from the Planning Board is required to perform a balloon or crane test, at the site of the proposed tower location, to illustrate the height of the proposed tower. Florida Towers has applied for such a Wireless Facilities Special Permit to be located at 125 Flagship Drive in North Andover and will be conducting a balloon test on Saturday, December 5, 2010, between the hours of 8:30 AM and 12 PM.
