* ADDITIONAL APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS *
1) Eight copies of both the application and the site plan.
2) Plans must be signed and stamped by a Registered Professional Engineer or Land Surveyor. Two original signed plans must be submitted.
3) Single family home or small projects must be at a 1"=20' scale. Subdivision plans may be at a 1"=40' scale.
4) NOI or RDA checklist must be included (only 1 copy is necessary).
5) Local and state filing fee (can be combined into one check).
6) Upon Application acceptance, the Legal Notice will be prepared by Staff and faxed to the Eagle Tribune. A copy will be faxed to the applicant.
