There will be a meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals commencing at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, October 16, 2008 in the North Andover Senior Center, 120R Main Street. The purpose of the meeting, and related executive session, is to conduct a continued mediation session for the Orchard Village comprehensive permit project (pursuant to G.L. ch. 40B) on Turnpike Street (State Route 114), and to discuss and possibly act upon amendments to the Board’s decision dated June 24, 2008.
