Real and personal property taxes are paid in this office, as well as motor vehicle excise tax, and
water/sewer bills. Municipal lien certificates are also issued from this office. Taxes are paid and
are due Feb 1st, May 1st, Aug 1st, and Nov 1st. They are delinquent the following day.

As approved at the 2009 Annual Town Meeting, the demand fee for late payment of taxes has increased to $30
Also please know the Municipal Lien Certificate fee was increased to $35 July 1, 2008.
The Tax Collector's office has added the convenience of a drop box, in front of Town Hall, for payments if the offices are closed.
