Neighborhood Recycling Program
The Neighborhood Recycling Program is a network of volunteers called Recycling Captains. Each Captain signs up for a street, a partial street, or several streets in their neighborhood. Their primary responsibility is to distribute information provided to them by NASWAC. Events most recently promoted through the Recycling Captains include: the Town-Wide Yard Sale Weekend, the document Shredding event, and Household Hazardous Waste Day.
