PUBLIC HEARING: 1679 OSGOOD ST. Definitive Subdivision for 8 single-family residential lots within the R-3 District, submitted by GMZ Realty postponed until September 21, 2010. Town Hall Meeting Room.
PUBLIC HEARING: 1003 OSGOOD ST. Watershed Special Permit and Site Plan Review Special Permit for construction of a new 21,000 sq.ft. restaurant/office/retail building and relocation of an historic barn. The applicant has requested a continuance until August 17, 2010.

DISCUSSION: REDGATE SUBDIVISON: Rick Dellaire, developer, will be present to discuss the reduction of the roadway bond.

NEW BUSINESS
PUBLIC HEARING: 351 WILLOW ST.: Applicant (Bake N’Joy) is seeking a Site Plan Review Special Permit in order to expand the existing parking lot.
DISCUSSION: MVPC TRANSPORTATION PROGRAM - COMMUNITY PRIORITY PROJECT LIST. The Planning Board will be asked for their input on the Priority Project List.
DISCUSSION: David Steinberg of RCG will be present to discuss his signage requirements for the East Mill complex.
