Merrimack College, 315 Turnpike Street, requesting close out of addition and renovation of Gildea Hall bond $26,574.79+ accrued interest. As-built submitted, John Hollywood, Engineer to attend PB meeting.
PUBLIC HEARING: NEW FEE SCHEDULE:
Planning Department is requesting approval of a new fee schedule for Planning Department applications.
DISCUSSION: REDGATE SUBDIVISON:
Dean Chongris, developer should be present tonight. Drainage issue.
DISCUSSION: 288 SUTTON ST:
John Smolak and Greg Saab will present plans for 4-lot development on Sutton St.
DISCUSSION: T-MOBILE INSTALLATION – 125 FLAGSHIP DRIVE:
Kevin Fadden, representing T-Mobile, will provide information regarding a proposed new Wireless Facilities tower to be located on Flagship Drive.
DISCUSSION: DOWNTOWN BIKE PATH:
Judy will present the proposed Bike Path as designed by the student team from Northeastern..
