The Arson Watch Reward Program offers confidential rewards of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the person or persons responsible for the explosions that have taken place in the Town of North Andover or any other community. Any person who plans or commits the crime of arson in Massachusetts to include possession of materials used in preparation of an infernal machine, or causing an explosion is included in the Arson Watch Reward Program.
