The Town of North Andover's Community Development Office will provide the framework, leadership and action plan for this effort. Our primary objectives will be the proper implementation of the master plan as it relates to land use policies and zoning bylaws, to support the work of industrial and economic development task forces and commissions. This outline represents a basic blueprint to match differing challenges in economic development to various needs that can be met by applying resources available to the Town of North Andover.
General Goals:
Ø Expand the regional economic base through sustained economic development efforts.
Ø Secure new businesses and industries for North Andover with an emphasis on meaningful job creation and significant advancement of the commercial and industrial tax base.
Ø Plan for the growth opportunities for the future in order to ensure the quality of life envisioned for the Town of North Andover.
