Dear North Andover Community Member,
The Town has recently started the process of developing a Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan (CWMP) to identify wastewater disposal needs in North Andover. The intent of the CWMP is to provide guidance and direction to the Town for managing wastewater collection and disposal, and to set capital improvement priorities for the Town’s sewer system. Bill Hmurciak, the Director of Public Works, is leading this CWMP effort. Please contact him at 978-685-0950 with any questions.
The first step of the CWMP is to identify the needs areas in Town that are experiencing problems with existing on-site wastewater systems. We are asking community members to fill out this questionnaire so that we have direct feedback on the condition of the existing on-site disposal systems in the Town. Public participation will be essential to the successful completion of the Town’s CWMP, and we appreciate your support in our efforts.
We appreciate you taking the time to fill out this questionnaire. Please return the questionnaire to the Division of Public Works at the Town Hall (384 Osgood Street, North Andover, MA 01845) or fill out the questionnaire on-line below.
