The Community Development Office serves as the management arm of the Community Development Division. The office houses the permitting offices of Building, Conservation, Health, Planning and the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Recreation Department.
The Community Development Department works in concert with many land-use boards to achieve the goals of the Town of North Andover Master Plan, the Town of North Andover Housing Plan, The Town of North Andover Open Space Plan, and other long range plans that are necessary to ensure the protection of the public safety and planning for the future of the Town of North Andover.
