Meetings start promptly at 6:30pm. Please contact the Chairman if you require special accomodations for the meeting. Meetings are typically held in the 1st floor conference room at Town Hall unless otherwise posted. If this room is previously booked, the backup room used is the 2nd floor conference room.
Meetings are typically held once a month on a Thursday. By December/January meetings move up to once a week, and February into May run about twice a week. |
